I work as a meat slicer, main duties are:

• trimming the fat, the dirty meat, and French the racks, and sometimes help packing
• Reduced waste and improved yield through careful monitoring of cutting and trimming procedures.
• Trimmed fat and removed bones for high-quality, well-presented cuts of meat.
• Cut meat products with slicing equipment according to size specifications.
• Sustained sharpness of cutting tools for optimal performance, regularly inspecting and sharpening blades as needed.

Packing the carrots inti the 1 kg plastic bags.

• Placed items into bags and boxes.
• Re-packaged damaged or incorrectly packaged items.
• Cleaned and maintained production area and equipment.
