• Working as a Lead Study Coordinator for 12+ Trials in Medical Oncology Unit at Westmead Public Hospital

• Preparation, processing, and shipping of biological samples obtained for clinical trials as per IATA and Australian Customs and Quarantine Guidelines.

• Data collection into the hospital EMR and CTMS.
• Data entry, query resolution and meeting Database locks as per eCRF guidelines on multiple EDC platforms.

• Responsible for accurate and timely entry of high-level Patient Data.
• Completing the quarterly report for The Cancer Network Information System (CNIS/CANISC).
• Assist the clinical trials team in the collection and maintenance of essential documents and managing the distribution of studies supplies.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the clinical trial team.
• Be involved in audit and quality assurance activities and or monitoring as allocated by Project Managers and Study Investigators.
• Assist in maintaining trials supply inventory and efficiently liaise with external vendors as instructed
• Ensure workload is organized effectively to meet deadlines, accurate and prompt response in relation to the request.

• Analyzed internal and external information and prepared reports with different visualizations using Mind the Graph tool, Graph Pad Prism.

Bushfire Assist: As a part of my Creativity and Entrepreneurship unit my group and I created a prototype of a proactive app Bushfire Assist – a one stop solution to support people living with disabilities in all ways during bushfires.
