Dynamic and creative Showroom Sales Consultant at Stegbar, I excel in delivering exceptional customer service and innovative design solutions. With strong communication skills and a keen eye for visual merchandising, I effectively manage inquiries and enhance customer experiences, driving sales and fostering team collaboration. Highly organized and efficient, I thrive in fast-paced environments.
As a Showroom consultant I am the first face of Stegbar, the first person to connect with.
I am a rep, meaning I sell and design Wardrobes and Shower screens for customers. I look after our on the road reps with calenders plus help design to the customers requirements in the showroom.
This is a multi tasking role. Busy foot traffic, online enquiries, customer service, of course and phone enquiries. My role is to reach out to all enquiries for helpful advice and offering quotes.
First and foremost my role with Freedom was sales assistant, from assisting with styling, textiles for their spaces,to click and collect service to stock control and creating floral arrangements for customers open hours and business. I was also part of the merchandising crew.
My journey is a great one. I started with West Elm as a casual then permanent part time to full-time design crew. I have been part of the design crew for at least half of my time with West Elm. I assisted in all aspects of the current roles. Design meetings, presentations, visual Merchandising during floor set and on a daily basis in the showroom and of course assisting customers with all enquiries, helping to style their home's. I also worked in back of house throughout some times marking off stock and ticketing to be added to the showroom floor.
My duties as manager was customer service as well as visual Merchandising, weekly stock take, rosters and KPI to ensure that the store runs smoothly. Unfortunately I was made redundant, the Brisbane store closed permanently.
