During my volunteer at SMECC, I was responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations. My primary duties involved reorganising and moving packages to ensure efficient logistics and inventory management. I maintained a neat, tidy, and safe work environment for both staff and clients. Additionally, I provided direct assistance to clients, helping them with their needs and answering questions to ensure a positive and supportive experience. This role greatly improved my organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
