• Designed and executed manual test cases for IVR call flows based on business requirements and call flow diagrams.

• Validated IVR call flows, DTMF inputs, voice prompts, and speech recognition functionality for a seamless customer experience. Tested voice-enabled prompts and DTMF (dual-tone multi-frequency) input handling.
