Duties Responsibilities

  • Offered functional & technical support, and troubleshot hardware & software problems including Desktop, Laptop, LAN, and Remote Systems.
  • Involved in deploying & configuring PCs, Workstations, and Laptops.
  • Identify interest and understand clients' needs and requirements.
