As IT support officer I provide maintenance for franchise and co-operate stores across ANZ and other companies, computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintenance, and upgrading all infrastructures, end to end user devices and equipment to ensure business performance.
This role also troubleshoot problem area (in person by remote tools, by telephone, or via chat) in timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
