
My role as Group Executive of ARTC’s Hunter Valley Network, involves leading a team of around 500 people to maximize the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the network.
I hold extensive experience across Australia’s resources, freight, and logistics industries – including mining, port and rail operations – I consider that I excel at leading change within complex operational and multi-stakeholder environments.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive environments and building a team of dynamic leaders, who thoughtfully challenge our systems and processes to develop a safer, more effective, and diverse workplaces.
I am a senior executive with more than 15 years leadership experience across Australia’s resources, freight, and logistics industries, including mine, port, and rail operations. I joined ARTC in 2015 where I’ve also held other senior roles in customer service, operations, and innovation.
Leading a team to maximize the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the network. In addition to the commercial and operational performance of the Hunter Valley Network – which facilitates the movement of around 220 trains on average every day and contributes around 70% of ARTC's bottom line, I oversee customer service and business development, asset management, compliance and safety, environment, and community activities.
Leading a team to safely, efficiently and effectively undertake operational activities with continued customer focus. Implementing commercial strategies delivering improved value to ARTC and its Customers. Focused on growing relationships and reputation across businesses, business development, peer infrastructure providers/agencies advocacy groups.
Lead the Strategic Capacity and Medium-term planning for the Hunter Valley Coal Chain deliver integrated covering from the Coal Chain 10year Capacity Master Plan through to the monthly forecasted volume movement against contractual/capacity backdrop.
