To achieve a sustainable dairy industry, the project adopts agroecological practices and improves supply chain management efficiency to better protect biodiversity and increase the economic benefits of the Canadian Central Dairy Company.
- Marketing research: Collecting people's views on sustainability in the Toronto Bay community. Conducted online interviews and offline questionnaires to discuss people's opinions about central dairy products. Based on feedback from 100+ questionnaire users, offered four suggestions: ①Promote dairy product certification program ② Dairy farm scoring system ③ Glass bottle recycling ④Cows Farm ecological monitoring and training.
- Improvement: Participate in discussions on improving the dairy farm scoring system and communicate. According to the sustainability score of dairy farms, those with good performance will receive green marks, and others will receive yellow marks.
- Results: Recognized by the Canadian Central Dairy Company, helping people understand the importance of sustainability and promoting improvements in production, dairy supply chain management for transportation and packaging
