When my mind is set onto something I put all focus into that thing and makes sure it is done with efficiency and effort When I make a mistake I make sure I fix it straight away and learn from it

When working at TFC I am looked at as a problem solver because I find out ways to make work easier but have a perfect outcome An example of this is when I was using the liquid pouring machine and I struggled to always hold the bottle of the machine as my hands were getting sore and the bottle kept spilling liquid I then fixed this problem by putting the bottle on the table and putting the machine over the bottle and adjusting the machine so it was sturdy and pouring the liquid straight into the bottle and it worked I still use that technique today You know what they say? Work Smarter, Not Harder

I am also very reliable If you ask me to do something I will do it and get it done within the time period I will also make sure it is done in the most efficient way possible
