In a broader context, I have developed a strong work ethic since completing my education, demonstrating commitment and diligence across any industry I strive to endeavour in. My motivation extends beyond personal satisfaction, as I strive to earn the respect of colleagues and the community. Growing up in a competitive environment, with my father being an extremely successful businessman in the real estate industry and my mother achieving top sales rankings in multiple categories in NSW and ACT, and with two brothers and a sister, I have been immersed in a culture of high achievement.
Drawing from my experiences in school boy sports, I recognize the importance of persistence and hard work in achieving any goal. As a highly competitive individual, I set high ambitions and approach them with a plan and structure.
Project Oversight: Having worked in real estate sales, the transition to an assistant site manager role involved acquiring the ability to oversee and manage different aspects of a construction and development project.
Construction Knowledge: I have developed a deeper understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations and budgeting to a financial plan.
Documentation and Reporting: Placing a strong emphasis on accurate record-keeping and documentation, particularly regarding staff records and invoices, to ensure that efficient progress is maintained on the project. I constantly maintain site awareness to prevent any potential misuse of time by hourly-rate staff members which occurs often.
Timeline Management: As there is an increased focus on project timelines and deadlines, being firm but respectful with trades is crucial in managing to a specific time structure and to maintain a healthy relationship.
During my time at Amir Prestige, I worked as an assistant the principal Amir Mian. Amir's is known as one of the leading residential sales experts acclaiming many records. As an assistant was making many calls, setting up open homes, qualifying buyers and finding new leads. In February when I first joined the agency, I was working along side Alex and Victoria Fleri in the role of sales associate for several months.
During my time working at the restaurant i honed the skills of communication. Greeting and accommodating guests, building a positive experience from first interaction, prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst being calm and composed. I developed an eye for opportunity, such as regularly suggesting additional items to customers and making their time in the restaurant the most enjoyable.
