Visual merchandising on different levels of the store (e.g. menswear), maintaining quality of presentation for clothing in the store, returning products from the registers back to the floor, constantly checking the fitting rooms ensuring consistent quality of cleanliness, helping customers find products, providing opinions on products for customers, working at the registers using POS system, packing online orders, picking products for online orders, cashing up the tills, assisting with customer decision making in the Men's shoe section of the store, liaising with concession brands in the store.

Answered calls to the pharmacy, assisted the store pharmacist by delivering medications to other pharmacies in the centre and collecting medications from other pharmacies in the centre, performed common retail tasks in the store (e.g, stocking shelves).
