At farmer Lou's i did a number of different things since it was my first job, i helped keep the shelves full and neat, i made sure the back dock was clean and i helped move items around using pallet jacks. i would also help train the new workers and teach them how things worked at Farmer Lous

Sequence- in sequence i have experience in almost every area, we would have cages brought to us and we would empty them as fast and safely as posable. in sequence i have gained lots of experience in customer service and have come to enjoy their company and enjoy helping where ever i can.

Decant Facilitator- in decant my role as facilitator was to make sure the team was well organised and constantly moving, i counted every H cage we filled and made sure the sorting was as good as could be. i also helped with sorting and cutting open the boxes. i would also move the full cages along and replaced them with empty ones. im very big on organised work places because it helps knowing where things are and makes the team more efficient.

As back dock receiver it was my job to bring the trucks in as quickly and as safely as possible, i would make sure everything was counted and put in order whilst sending other pallets away. ive got experience using both electric and normal pallet jacks and experience putting pallets in the racking using a walkie stacker. i would also change out rubbish bins and keep the back dock clean and organised, if everything is in order it makes it much more easy for the team to find stock.

As the sequence runner it was my job to make sure the team was well organised and constantly moving efficiently. i would bring the sequence team full H cages to empty and take their overs H cages and rubbish off the store floor, when i was ahead of time i kept myself busy by running bulk pallets or running my own H cages
