I have been working in the Cantonese DimSum restaurant industry for 20 years since I graduated from high school. This areas of expertise include Cantonese dim sum and Shanghai dim sum. I have strong quality requirements for the production of dim sum and also good at managing teams. The scope of work also includes ordering ingredients and equipment, communicating effectively with field staff and management, supervising the production of dim sum, arranging the number of workers and providing training for new employees.
I arrived Brisbane in 2015, in the past 10 years of working in Australia, I have made higher improvements in the field of Cantonese pastry, accumulated a lot of effective management experience, and gained a new understanding of improving food quality and saving costs.
