Project name: Self's Point STP

STP is being upgraded to accommodate predicted flows from the existing Self's Point, Macquarie Point and Sandy Bay Catchments. The plant will be designed for a 2054 Peak Wet Weather Flow of 1340 L/s also accounting for catchment growths

• Document controls and preparations for markups and checks, report, schedules, drafting
• Improved project efficiency by conducting thorough site investigations and identifying potential problems early in the design process.
• Collaborated with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, drawings, and blueprints.
• Ensured safety adherence by rigorously following required codes, guidelines, and best practices in civil engineering design work.

Project name: GPOP (Greater Parramatta and Olympic Peninsula) Proposal

• Provided valuable support during the project bidding process by preparing detailed proposals, contributing to winning contracts.
• Scheduled office meetings and client appointments for staff teams.
• Assisted in preparation of project budgets and costings for deliverables

• Yeukai worked at Amity Engineers as a Junior Civil Engineer designing and implementing stormwater drainage solutions for clients across NSW
• The type of project work was for Development Applications and or, Complying Development Certificates for residential development including; New Dwellings, Secondary Dwellings, Alterations and Additions, Subdivisions
• Daily tasks included: Reading and understanding development control plans for different councils, AS3500:Plumbing and Drainage, other drainage standards, Markups of roof drainage and down pipes on detailed plans of dwellings/properties, Pit and pipe alignment, sizing and selection, Design of below ground and above ground on-site detention systems, Design of below ground and above ground on-site infiltration systems (trenches), Design of basement drainage; a pump out system with a submersible pumps, Obtaining rainfall data from the ARR Hub, Drainage modelling and analysis for stormwater systems using DRAINS.
