Catholic Education Commission Victoria, CECV:

• Engaged with cross-functional stakeholders across 4 dioceses, schools, finance teams with diverse operational requirements and processes; led and co-facilitated process discovery workshops, to gather, clarify and align on future-state requirements across the core finance and payroll functions bespoke to the education sector.
• Developed and documented 350+ comprehensive, user-centric business requirements spanning all core finance (e.g. General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Revenue & Receivables, Grants, Cash, Finance Reporting, Fixed Assets) and payroll functions, as part of ERP implementation design phase.
• Analysed process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities; designed future-state journey maps to highlight automation possibilities and improved efficiency in finance operations, elevating stakeholder engagement and change readiness.

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools, MACS:

• Managed & supported a cross-functional (onshore/offshore) team in transitioning 150+ schools from cash-to-accrual accounting, ensuring data integrity, audit compliance and ERP migration readiness; provided strategic migration refinements for scalability and efficiency.

Coles Group:

• Managed a team of analysts to streamline the Cost Price Increase (CPI) process, reduce significant backlog of CPI requests from suppliers, and improved end to end quality review of processes/methodologies.
