A motivated and adaptable professional with experience in customer service, leadership, and administration. Currently working as a Port Trainer and Relief Team Leader at Jetstar, I have strong knowledge of front-of-house operations, check-in procedures, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment. I excel in conflict resolution, teamwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In my previous role as an Office Junior at Flood Legal, I developed my administrative and customer service skills while gaining insight into property and estate management law. I also have experience in hospitality and supervisory roles, where I honed my team management and customer relations skills.
Currently studying an Associate’s Law Degree at Southern Cross University, I’m looking for casual work to support my role at Jetstar, and continue building my skills in a dynamic environment.
