Zoe Winfield

I am a passionate student graduating in December 2024 with two Bachelors degrees. I have laboratory experience in chemical analysis. I possess excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

I volunteer as a laboratory demonstrator for university outreach programs. This involves assisting groups of high school students to complete tasks in the chemistry laboratory. I answer the students' questions and demonstrate relevant techniques. 

I have been volunteering from July 2023. 

I volunteer as a Peer Mentor. This involves assisting new students during orientation week and answering any questions. I have co-facilitated fast friend activities and led tours. This role also involves contacting a group of students for the first few weeks of the trimester and organising face-to-face meetings. With the facilitation of these meetings, I present information about the university and answer students' questions. 

I have volunteered in this role during Trimester 1 2023 and Trimester 1 2024. 

I am a member of the Australian & New Zealand Forensic Science Society (ANZFSS).
