Project Manager Support

• Liaising with Factory managers, factory workers, and clients to ensure resourcing requirements are met for powder coating jobs.
• Engaging in regular contact with factory staff, clients, and internal management
• Ensuring internal tracking of staff is up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Developing and manage site rosters, including confirming availability of Work staff
• Coordinating with clients about new projects Coordinating and recording daily progress about all jobs
• Responsible for giving all completed jobs PO's to the Accounts department for invoicing

• Responsibly for coordinating with all international clients and students for their query.

• Attracting international students to enroll in a variety of course/universities, change courses etc.

• Reaching and converting clients who are seeking migration or education service

with visa or school applications.

• Providing student with support and assistance with their visa

• Building and managing a chain link of qualified students.

• Attending & arranging workshops and seminars to attract student/migrants to Assisting marketing team to create and participate in marketing activities via social media to engage and build a strong client base.

• Providing information to prospective international students/agents on the admissions process and courses including assistance with the process.

• Being proactive in setting up partnership agreements and building strong relationships with education agencies overseas.

• Preparation of weekly marketing reports (agent visits, new agent sign ups, number of students enrolled, market feedback, peer activity, threats, opportunities etc).

• Recommending to senior management any in demand courses or other areas of focus for the business to increase turnover or provide an additional revenue stream application process.
