Ø Development / production of inspection & test and operating & maintenance of electrical equipment used in factory which named as Framemac

Ø Determining the type and arrangement of circuits, transformers, circuit-breakers, transmission lines used in factory which includes frequently checking the Functions of FrameMac machine like its Drive motor power, hydraulic power, production speed, line speed.

Ø organizing and managing resources used in the supply of electrical components, machines, appliances, and equipment which includes regularly checking the Voltage and current supplied to operating machines at its rated value.

Ø Provide system/component troubleshooting and root cause analysis investigation as necessary.

Ø Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history records.

Ø Perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions promptly.

Ø Improving the energy efficiency of all the utilities production process

Ø Testing installed systems, ensuring functionality and systems meet the designed intent.
