Acting as a Procurement and Site Engineer Lead for all Civil Site Establishment Works. Involved in Procurement Packages valued between 100K to 5M$ during tendering and project delivery stage.

Notable Works: Involved in Procuring Three Camps and Compounds with Camp Operation and Management for HLE. Site and Laydown Establishments works along the project (I.e 2 camps, 2 laydown and 2 site offices)

Other Duties are,

• Involved in scope methedologies and wayfinding during NTP1 and NTP2 stage of the project.
• Assisting Environmental Team during early works survey with supervision and remote works reporting
• Site Access Planning & Approvals with Client and scheduling works accordingly
• Scope Works activities cost forecasting and reporting to the Project Manager during Project Resets.
• Preliminary and Final Design Review Comments before Issue For Construction drawings
• Work Resource and Cost Planning for associated scopes to define work productivities
• Creating Works Documents such as Construction Site Management Plan, Works Packs, SWMS, Inspection and Test Plans, Field Checklists etc.
• LinkedSite Diary Creation and Cost Reporting to associated activities

As a TBM Site Engineer I was responsible for scopes such as TBM Conveyor Structure Installations , TBM launch and Gantry Cranes Installations.

TBM Shift Production duties were,

• Working with production team, checking quality and installation of rings- including steps and lips, ring rolls, ring plane, defects and cracks.
• Ensuring excavation operations during advances are within the Permit to Tunnel parameters like Thrust Force Penetration, Cutterhead Torque, Face Pressure etc.
• Monitoring Grease sealings and grout injections as per minimum requirements.
• Raise TBM Weekly Production Lots, HP's, WP's and NCR as required according to relevant ITP's.
• Fills-in Shift Production Reports using HK connected
• Conducting SIR tests for rings installed
• Manages the survey equipment ensuring it is suitable for the works and in calibration. Supports surveyor when required
• Collects samples of material (backfill grout, excavated soil) when required, providing immediate feedback to Tunnel Foreman/TBM Operator
• Reads and understands method statements and makes sure that site operations follow these methods accurately reporting any variances to supervisors and his supervising engineer
• Effective communication of technical information to the workforce and technical support during operations
• Provide feedback to supervising engineers/managers on the effectiveness of work performed

As a Graduate Engineer, Involved in Utilities Installations and Relocation Works at Burwood and Five Dock station boxes.

Notable Scopes:

1) Diversion of Sewer Main at Burwood North involved construction of 3 New Manholes, Microtunnelling works at Burton and Loftus Streets and capping of old 'Disused ' line.

2) HV substation Trenching and Installation works at Burwood and Five Dock for TBM and Construction Power.

• Generated Temporary Works Permits including Ground Disturbance Permit, Working Near Overhead Powerlines, Concrete Cutting , Confined Space, Hot Works and Out Of Hours permits for works.
• Procurement and Requisition of Materials required on site.
• Daily Progress Diary and record keeping.
• Liaising with Traffic team for traffic bookings every week
• Cost tracking and reporting to upper management every week for claim assessments
• Facilitated approvals from key stakeholders including Ausgrid, Sydney Water, Telstra, Jemena and local councils.
• Preparation of scopes work documents and SWMS review documents
• Raise RFIs, RF's, Hold Points, Witness Points as per ITP/ Quality requirements.
• Supervised, planning and relocation works of numerous stack-holders assets.
• Assist in End of Month Financial Reporting Claim assessments

• Conducting Site Inspections for Ground Slabs, Piers, Timber Frames, Brick Works, Rendering, Roof Works, Driveways as per approved drawings during the construction.
• Make recommendations to designers and architects regarding issues in proposed residential building plans.
• Enhanced safety standards with thorough risk assessments and site inspections.
• Conducted project site visits to meet with construction staff, evaluate progress and discuss operational issues.
• Management and supervision of construction work associated with residential homes.
