- Manage deliveries and ensure everything on the invoices has arrived correctly, while storing the produce at the relevant temperature.

- Drive the vehicle to the market premises, set up the stall and trade for the day.

- Inspected the fruit which arrived from the growers and filled out paperwork on each delivery to be submitted to management as well as the growers for feedback.

- Used pallet Jacks and to move loads of avocados around the warehouse in preparation for delivery.

- Packed avocados into the appropriate size trays for distribution.

- Orchard Maintenance

- Prepare Vegetable beds for growing seasonal vegetables.

- Prepare and plant the appropriate seedlings at certain times of the year.

- Water gardens consistently.

- Create compost and collect cow manure for fertilization.

- Harvest and regenerate beds for the following season.
