- Perform variance analysis reporting and provide commentary and understanding of operational and financial performance to multiple stakeholders.

- Prepare and distribute monthly fixed price, cost plus, variation and price adjustment invoices whilst adhering to contract specifications.

- Month end responsibilities including preparing and posting allowance, subcontract, timesheet and cost-plus journals.

- Lead variation submissions through collecting and collating labour, material and subcontract costs from various departments.

- Develop financial models to provide project team with financial insights.

- Adhoc responsibilities such as preparing and analysing Return on Cost (ROC) impacts from different business scenarios.

- Allocating costs to cost codes and implementing cost transfers.

- Assessing subcontract claims and issuing payment schedules in accordance with the Security of Payments Act.

- Entering dockets, cost accruals and unused materials journals before end of month.

- Contract administration

Submitting Head Contract payment claims and preparing quantity agreement sheets and statutory declarations.
