Summary

Dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 years of diverse experience including rural general practice and acute care in a hospital setting. I currently have 3 months experience as a Team Leader on the Medical Ward at Calvary Adelaide, in conjunction with being the Workplace Health and Safety Coordinator. As a Team Leader I provide staff supervision and handle department operations. I have proven to remain calm under pressure and skillfully handle difficult patients and high-stress situations, while consistently developing strong relationships with patients and families through empathetic communication, respectful attitude, and excellent patient-centered care. Nursing safety is very important, and when working on the wards, I ensure my colleagues are always supported, whether that is with clinical or personal situations.

My current role as a RN in a General Practice requires me to conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans and health assessments while also completing across the lifespan immunisations under the National immunisation Schedule. I am extremely self-driven and excel autonomously, and in teams to develop and implement workplace, health and safety solutions to support business assets. As a RN I am constantly upskilling myself, and ensuring I attend direct safety specific training and upskilling sessions provided as per AHPRA guidelines.
