Summary

I am a naturally cheerful and engaging General Practice Veterinarian with a passion for working with people and their pets. I love the opportunity to create long lasting relationships and thrive on the investigation of medical, dermatological, imaging & dental cases well beyond the usual scope of the primary clinician. I have been fortunate to enjoy referrals from other GP vets for my advanced skills in these areas. I am also known for my caring and empathetic nature and natural ability to build rapport quickly with everyone I work with – clients, fellow team members and students. I am very passionate about customer service and can deliver (and teach) an exceptionally high level of memorable client interaction from the first phone call to the discharge appointment after treatment and beyond. I am energetic and prefer to keep busy, however I also know how to appreciate the quieter times and utilize this for relationship management, staff training and business development. I enjoy a good laugh and love to see people enjoying their roles and being happy. I do have a lot of fun in the consultation room on a regular basis with clients. Working with other motivated, engaged & talented team members is important to me.
