I am an entrepreneurial and people focused sales leader with a track record in driving regional growth and commercial performance across highly competitive markets. I currently manage a team of 8 across Australia and New Zealand. Partnering with executive leaders, I am part of the GTM management team as well as being a part of the APAC leadership team. Through my time at GBG I have established scalable operations, transformed sales cultures, spearheaded the Asia market entry strategy, and established the ID verification business capability, enabling double digit revenue growth YOY and market expansion. I am passionate about building astute teams, advocating performance and customer success driven cultures to accelerate competitive market presence, sales, and profit growth. I am a hands-on leader that coaches and develops each team member to be the best they can be every day. I specialise in New Business generation as well as leading Account Managers to understand their customers to enable upsell and cross-sell opportunity to support growth in their portfolio and ensure good retention.
One of the best parts of my job is to see my team members succeed both professionally and personally and enjoy bring not only the sales teams together but also the wider team to build an inclusive culture .
On a personal note, I am lucky enough to have a wife and 3 children and currently live in the Inner West of Sydney.
