Assist respondents effectively by communicating over the phone to conduct surveys for market research purposes. Worked across two market research companies:

MICROMEX – Conducting a wide range of surveys on behalf of the council.

• Consistently achieve adapting KPIs across all different projects, including government-based surveys.

CANVASU – A mix of cold and warm calls.

• Calling named respondents (warm calls) to gather information about their opinions of services they use such as childcare and disability homes
• Reaching out to potential radio recruits for GFK company and making cold calls to people in Melbourne and inviting them to participate in tracking their radio listening habits
• Maintained resilience and perseverance despite facing rejections.

• Provide support during the Recruitment Lifecycle- review applications, planning, advertising, shortlisting, appointing/ onboarding
• Manage and effectively handle administrative tasks
• Audit of HR files, filing new joiner documents
• Booking interviews via phone, sending email confirmations
• Informing both successful and unsuccessful candidates of their job status
