In the final 2 years of my employment with The Coffee Club I exercised leadership skills as a senior staff member through guiding and teaching younger staff members.

I received 1 month of extensive training prior to commencing my position in how to manage all kinds of difficult conversations with customers. I believe this was extremely valuable experience for me.

Working around vehicles requires us to promote a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety guidelines and regulations during daily operations. I am required to be thorough and precise whilst explaining legal documentation with customers. This has exercised my attention to detail and further improved my customer service skills.
