Work two days a week as a casual. My main duties were

• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Liaising with new students and continuing students.
• Chasing up on overdue accounts over the phone.
• Reconciling accounts.

I have a lot of experience working in fast-paced environment, and i always enjoyed working during peak hours in my last job as a bank teller.

Although many responsibilities are repetitive including counting money, depositing and verifying checks, so this will demonstrate into how comfortable I am as a potential employee doing the same tasks repeatedly.

I have consistently maintained a habit of welcoming every customer with a smile and wishing them a good day at the end of the transaction to make sure they feel valued.
