Summary

Studying uni part time and pushing myself to improve in work and sales related skills. I started as a sales staff at Fitness First Doncaster which in my first full month I became the top MSC in the state and continued to be on top 3 until I left. At Ringwood I experienced working in a tier 1 club and it the month of January as a team we achieved 236 joiners which were 124% of our budget. From there I moved back to Doncaster as the sales manager which I was successfully continued on hitting budgets on a constant terms. After becoming a club manager at Fitzroy in August and in this 3 month period we have achieved budget every single month and in the month of November we hit budget by the 14th of November.
