I participated as one of the leading lawyers and project managers in a project for X100 Holding (https://x100.org/), which was initially implemented under the brand 'Sushi Master' and later expanded to several other brands within the holding. The project involved creating an investment model for the franchising network, where anyone could purchase a management franchise and receive all necessary equipment, licenses, and trademarks. However, the investor was not responsible for independently opening the retail location. The brand owner took full responsibility for the opening and organisation of the investor's activities. Additionally, all net income from the retail location was directed towards repaying the investor's invested funds. Once the investor's initial investment was fully returned, the investor and brand owner would either share the entire net income or, by mutual agreement, reinvest it in opening new retail locations.
