• Configuring, upgrading, and installing workstations, network devices, and other hospital ICT equipment.
• Executing rollouts, configuring network ports, and upgrading network switches and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with various project teams and stakeholders, ensuring project tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes and values.

• Traveling to various remote Queensland Health (QH) sites to support project-related activities.

The WSR Team is primarily focused on upgrading hospital and user systems, applications, and operating systems within eHealth healthcare facilities in Far North Queensland.

• Prepare and configure user systems in compliance with Queensland Health policies and standards.
• Coordinate with QH users and departments in the region to facilitate the replacement and configuration of devices, ensuring all settings and customizations meet user requirements and departmental needs.
• Coordinate and work with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve operating system/application installation issues and other technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation related to device rollouts.

Provided IT support and infrastructure services, including system maintenance, user management, and technical assistance across various client environments.
