Projects

Optimal capacity of various energy storage system for remote areas in South Australia, 02/2021, 06/2021, (Master Project)

Optimal sizing of various energy storage systems studied such as battery storage system, pumped hydro, fuel cell for stand-alone microgrid system for South Australia to reduce the cost of electricity. The project is optimized in HOMER pro software with real solar, wind data. Solar PV system and wind turbine sizing are done in the Homer Pro software. 

RFID based device control and authentication using 8051 microcontrollers, 03/2013, 08/2014,  (Bachelors Project)

This project deals with personal and organizational security. The microcontroller AT89S52 is used to study. 125khz RFID reader with TTL output is connected to the microcontroller. The tag ID stored in the micro controller program. Microcontroller continuously reads the TAG id using the RFID reader, and if the tag id matches then the corresponding device will be toggled. If a wrong tag is shown more than 2 times then the alarm is switched ON, until a programmed tag is shown.
