- Creating help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolved desktop issues.
- Preparing new computers and mobile devices according to internal policies on standardized software and security deployments.
- Answering questions and provided information to customers about new software or hardware.
- Determining hardware and network system issues using proactive troubleshooting techniques.
- Delivering onsite technical support for employees.
- Using ticketing systems to manage and process support actions and requests.
- Managing Office 365, creating users account, access permission, licensing from Office 365 Admin Portal.
- Troubleshooting any issues related to Microsoft 365 Application like outlook, OneDrive and Exchange,SharePoint Online
- Dealing with the request to delegation of mailbox of users, enrolling new devices in MDM system i.e Intune
- Responsible for dealing with onboarding and offboarding of users, solving tickets as per SLA by using knowledge base, logging tickets, handling phone calls through freshservice.
