Since being at the Leeton Soldiers Club my main role has always been working in kitchen cooking, prepping, running functions etc. I also do reception work, waitressing. Wherever they need me I try do what I can my best. Including

• Maintained clean and organized work areas at all times to bring safety and quality to food preparation process.
• Prepared meals efficiently under time constraints for timely service during peak hours.
• Demonstrated strong multitasking skills, managing multiple orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality or presentation.
• Instructed new staff in proper food preparation, storage, use of kitchen equipment and sanitation.
• Assisted in inventory management and ordering supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels for efficient kitchen operations.
• Greeted all members and guests with a smile and ensured they enjoyed their experience with us.
