Served with the Australian Army for eight years with postings to Darwin and Sydney and deployed on operations to Iraq in 2016. Worked my way up the ranks and was promoted to Corporal in April of 2020. Below are some of the key roles I was employed in, the key responsibilities of those tasks and personal achievements over those specific periods.

Transport Manager

• Manage and facilitate the operations of the unit's diverse vehicle fleet.
• Forecast and schedule tasking for my soldiers and the movement of personnel/equipment of the entire unit.
• Building good relationships between major stake holders and members of the unit
• Stepping up into management roles and achieving set tasks to a high standard.

Transport Maintenance Manager

• Maintenance manager of an operational fleet of 200+ vehicles.
• Operated in a diverse team, working unsupervised with high levels of integrity.
• Supported major exercises and worked diligently with multi-national forces.
• Effective management of a large operational fleet whilst working through reduced manning due to
  the Covid-19 pandemic
• Hazardous Chemicals Safety Advisor

Driver Specialist

• Moving sensitive mission critical equipment around Australia and Defence training areas.
• Being involved in multi-national and tri-service exercises providing road transport support.
• Instructing on drivers courses and delivering in-depth lessons relevant to those vehicles.
• A record of achieving 100% deadlines, safe delivery with nil losses, during mission critical land
  movements over five years.
