Section waitress - taking customers orders, serving food and drinks. Clearing tables and preparing them quickly and efficient. Ensuring customers are having a pleasant time in the venue.

Opening and closing of the venue/ start and end of day cash handling. Supervising a team of up to 18 people, training new staff members. Communicating with staff to ensure the shift is running smoothly.

Stock management, ordering new stock when necessary such as spirits, merch, kegs etc. Following all house mandatory rules. Organisisng functions/events. Meet health and safety requirements.

All rounder, collecting glasses and clearing tables. Running food. Working some major events eg, Melbourne cup on the Piazza, Rio Tinto private events. Ensuring functions run smoothly and efficiently. Friday and Saturday bartender, providing efficient service to 1000+pax, providing RSA, maintained cleanliness and stock.

Bartender - serving and preparing customers drink orders, having a great understanding of different wines, spirits and what Matso's is known for, its beer. Managing stock and reporting to duty managers when new stock needed to be ordered.

Restaurant host - greeting customers at the door, monitoring seating plans to fulfill customers requests. Assiting section team with clearing resetting tables and communicating with them so they have full knowledge of which table is double booked or been sat.
