  • Managed the separation of Smart Orthodontics during a joint ownership split, which included the establishment of a new entity and the provision of updated contracts to the entire team
  • Led and coordinated the design and development of the new Smart Orthodontics website, ensuring that it met all patient engagement and orthodontic information requirements
  • Responsible for the implementation of a new financial system, successfully completing the transition from EziDebit to Denticare over the past 18 months
  • Managed the complete project for our newly built practice at Stepney, including attending weekly meetings and handling all communication with architects, builders, and contractors pre, during and post-construction, ensuring smooth project execution
  • As part of the merger and transition to the newly constructed Smart Orthodontics in Stepney, I oversaw the dismantling and closure of our Newton and CBD practices
  • Ensured the seamless transition from Appollonia Nominee's to Smart Ortho Co Pty Ltd by establishing all new business systems, including IT (comms, computers, phones and internet), transitioning patient management software and finance providers, and managing patient communications
  • Manage all HR functions, including hiring, executing business directions including redundancies, addressing complex staffing issues, and ensuring compliance with IR legislations
