Caitlyn Cadman

I am a 22-year-old female who is dedicated and driven to be the best version of myself in a professional setting. Always committed to working hard for the benefit of the children, colleagues and company in the childcare industry has led me to achieve many personal goals. Since graduating highschool in 2019 I have completed 2 degrees and have began to study in my third qualification. I have always aimed to go above and beyond with my abilities and love the feeling of personal improvement.

I was an international softball player through high school competing in competitive competition around Australia and New Zealand which allowed me opportunities to learn to prioritise my time and effort between school, assignments and sport as well as work in high paced environments.

When graduating high school I was awarded the Caltex All Rounder Award which is presented in recognition of a students excellence in academic, leadership, sporting and community service activities which is presented to one individual for the graduating year.
