Through coaching I have developed communication skills and I am able to think on the spot and solve problems that come up.

While working at the Redlands Sporting Club in cafe and bingo I served a wide range of customers which has helped me further develop my customer service skills though learning to adapt to their needs and gain more confidence in my communication and social skills.

Working at KFC has taught me how to maintain workplace health and safety while working in a fast pace environment. While working at KFC I have had to pack orders including delivery, order take, handle cash, make burgers and maintain the stores cleanliness.

My time at McDonalds involved serving customers, making drinks, desserts and fries, packaging orders, maintaining the store such as cleaning equipment and the store and handling with money.
