- Referee basketball games from under 8's to under 14's at all different grade levels.
- Able to promote good sportsmanship among players.
- Communicate with fans, coaches, players, and other umpires.
- Ability to control game flow to maintain safe and fair environment.
- Ability to call game violations with confidence and integrity while officiating basketball games.
