I am seeking a job that will help me gain experience for my future as well as expand my set of skills. I have one and a half years of experience delivering prompt and detailed care for small animals with varying needs and urgency. Creative problem solver, providing expert patient triage and systematic care. Empathetic professional, relating to pet owners and listening closely to concerns to determine best care protocol for individual health.

• St Stephens Cathedral, Altar Server, I volunteered as an altar server every Sunday.
• Jimmies Van, Volunteer, An organized event that my school and St James do, we drive out in a van and cook breakfast for the less-fortunate people, we talk to them and also try to bring in items that they could use over winter.
• Micah Meal, Volunteer, We help assist with the setup and provision of desserts for a community meal for people who are socially disadvantaged.
• Greencross Vet, Volunteer, Assisted the vet with cleaning and caring for the animals after their surgeries.
• Central New Farm Veterinary Surgery, Volunteer, Assisted around the vet during surgery and the after care of the animals. I also experience giving a number of dogs a hydrobath and dealing with their owners.
• Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists Conference, Volunteer, I volunteered to assist in the ANZCVS conference which is run every year attracting around 800 veterinarians from all over Australia and New Zealand. This opportunity allowed me to branch out and expand my knowledge for my future profession. My team and I worked together to assist and ensure that the event runs smoothly. We were also able to interact with the veterinarians that attended the event.
• Tube feeding Workshop with Veterinary Specialist Services, Volunteer, This was my first workshop with professionals from the Veterinary industry. It was an opportunity to learn as well as network with individuals in this field. I volunteered through UQ and go to take part in this workshop and learnt the process of tube feeding.
