Day to day tasks include but not limited to:

Full-time property manager fully in charge of 3 high rise buildings consists of 204 apartments.

Day to day tasks include but not limited to:

• Liaise with tenants & property owners
• Organizing repairs and maintenance & coordination of contractors
• Building management
• Conducting routine inspections & identifying urgent repairs and improvements.
• Coordinating bonds, common areas and spring cleanings
• Organizing and prepare insurance claims
• General property administration (entry reports, keys management, any other relevant paperwork)

2 of the properties within the portfolio were purpose built building.

Day to day tasks include but not limited to:

• Liaise with tenants & property owners
• Organizing repairs and maintenance & coordination of contractors
• Rental Arrears Management
• Conducting exit inspections and follow up with bond claims/refund.
• Conducting routine inspections & identifying urgent repairs and improvements.
• Coordinating bonds, common areas and spring cleanings
• Organizing and prepare insurance claims
• General property administration (entry reports, keys management, any other relevant paperwork)

Some responsibilities include:

• Sales Analysis and Market Research on land developments projects in South East Queensland.
• Detailed review of development approvals and building approvals
• Comprehensive mapping of development corridors to identify potential developments sites
• Assisted with due diligence on acquisition opportunities
• General administration work such as filings and manage invoices.
