In my past experience in the hospitality industry in Belfast, I gained knowledge and skills around timekeeping and speed, which equipped me well for working life. Over the past 4 years at Inspire, I have become skilled in developing relationships with the service users and communicating effectively with them and the staff team. At inspire. there was a strong focus on team collaboration, effective communication, and adapting to changing needs. It was important to be reliable and have the ability to adapt quickly, as every day on scheme was different.
