  • Hands on team leader of a 3-5 member construction crew specialising in maintenance and rectification of water reservoirs across Urban Utilites, unity water and Logan water sites also including sites controlled by Downer WSP
  • Using a variety of construction methods and unique access methods to deliver large scale projects while maintaining water quality
  • In this roll I have lead teams made up of various trades and been responsible for all daily tool box meetings, work permits, ITPS, client interactions and been the direct line of contact between project managers and team members ensuring all projects adhere to company and client expectations and timelines
  • Projects I have been the primary team leader on have included extensive confined space entry, rope access works, large tower repaints and protective coating applications, Roofing alterations and repairs, site make safes, decommissioning and removing redundant structures
