• Receipt-Scanner - Collaborated with a team in the development of an Android Application aiming to help customers split the bill in order to avoid calculus mistakes. With the help of an OCR algorithm, the bill is being transformed into a checklist from which everyone selects their part.
• Automatic Colorization of Grayscale Pictures - Starting with the idea of bringing pictures to life, I trained an AI model (using Generative Adversarial Networks) to colorize any type of grayscale pictures. The final version resulted in an accuracy of over 85%.
• Sound-Binary Classifier - Built a sound classifier that could identify whether or not a person wears a mask from an audio file. Achieved over 70% accuracy through building a SVM model.
• Face recognition - Developed a facial detector using sliding window method and histograms of oriented gradients which succeeded in achieving an average precision of over 88%.
