The objective of the IT infrastructure upgrade project was to complete the project under budget, resulting in significant cost savings that could be reinvested into other strategic initiatives, thereby contributing to UTS financial health and long-term growth objectives.
Tools:
1. Issue Tracking and Project Management Tools: Tools such as JIRA, be used to track project tasks, manage project timelines, and collaborate with team members throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing Platforms: Platforms such as Confluence, be used to document project requirements, design specifications, implementation details, and troubleshooting guides for the Okta deactivate user workflow project.
3. Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform: The primary tool for managing user identities, authentication, and access control within the organization's IT infrastructure.
Duties:
