  procedures for a multitude of tasks including routine servicing, fault
  diagnosis, accessory fitment and technical procedures
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and driveability issues
• Carry out QLD Roadworthy tests and pre purchase inspections
• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance
• Carry out brake, suspension, driveline and engine diagnosis and repairs
• Carry out mechanical and electrical insurance inspections and repairs for
  local body shops

• Service, inspect and maintain passenger and 4WD vehicles (Ford, Mazda, Toyota, Holden etc) through OEM specified servicing schedules
• Follow manufacturer specified service and technical repair procedures
• Maintenance work - driveline oil changes, brake fluid flushes, auto/manual gearbox oil/filter changes etc
• All mechanical repairs - Wheel bearings, suspension and brake components, clutches, fuel pumps, diff replacements etc
• Diagnose and repair all mechanical and some electrical issues with the use of basic electrical test equipment and diagnostic computer
• Working with the customer to discuss issues, symptoms and test drive
  vehicle
• Use of diagnostic computer to read fault codes and analyze live data
• Carry out pre purchase inspections
• Carry out roadworthy tests

Fitted all after-market vehicle accessories

• Suspension lift and/or increased weight carrying upgrades
• Bullbars (most requiring wiring/bumper/inner guard modifications)
• Dual battery systems (including fixed and portable solar panels, inverters, canopy lights, DCDC chargers, battery monitors etc)
• Roof top tents and roof racks
• Electric brake controllers
• Lightbars and spotlights
• 2 way radios

On occasion i also carried out fitment of genuine accessories for the numerous brands attached to Westco (owner of Top End Off-road centre)

Internal promotion. Still continuing all tasks listed below but now also controlling work flow, assisting other technicians with technical tasks, liaising with parts suppliers/trade customers and dealing with any customer

Promoted a safe working environment, ensuring the workshop is clean and all staff are working to a safe standard

• Carried out fault diagnosis of Cooling and Air conditioning systems in light vehicles, trucks, buses, cranes and road sweepers.
• Carried out all mechanical repair and diagnosis, including but not limited to servicing, gearbox replacements, engine replacements, head gaskets, timing belts, evaporator replacements (some requiring full dash removal)
• Carried out radiator repairs and core replacements in light vehicle and large trucking/mining applications
