I feel I have learnt and demonstrated many of the necessary skills and requirements to undertake the role of Grocery Manager through my time with Peries IGA. As you are aware I thrive in my current position as a Store Person. I have also thoroughly enjoyed a previous role as Night Supervisor, and acting roles in similar positions like Duty Manager. These experiences have provided me with the skills and nuances of working in this store and industry. This new opportunity will provide further development to these skills as well as personal growth; however, I also see this as an opportunity to learn, and get outside of my usual comfort zone, taking on more responsibility and challenges.
