In my almost 19 years with Australia Post I have worked as a Postal Delivery Officer (PDO), Senior Postal Delivery Officer (SPDO2) and Team Leader (PDC1) based at Lavington Delivery Centre.

Manager of a long term 'farm based' residential service for young people aged 13-17 years who were homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Position included managing difficult behaviour, conflict resolution and responding appropriately to crisis situations.
